Healthy Lifestyle Transformation Package

  • If you want to make sure exercise is part of your weekly routine or you are training to improve your way of life, then this package is for you.
  • 1 hour per week for 12 weeks or more.
  • I will see you every week to help keep you on track and help you overcome every obstacle you come across.

Holiday Preparation Package

  • Going on holiday? Planning a special event? This package is designed to make you feel great and ready for the occasion.
  • Two one hour sessions per week, for a period of six weeks.
  • This will get your body holiday ready.

 Fitness M.O.T Package

  • This is great for those who just want support around their own training or a “kick up the bum” session to keep them going.
  • You get 1 session per month for a minimum of 4 months.
  • The first 15 mins of your session will be a M.O.T fitness test based around your goals, followed by 45 minutes of exercise.
  • At the end of your session you get to see your results in black and white. We can discuss your progress and plan the next stage of your fitness journey.
    • Pay as you go sessions also available.

Short Burst Sessions

  • Short on time? Feeling the Strain? If an hour session is too long this package is designed for you.
  • These sessions last 30 mins and run over a ten-week period. You can book sessions once or twice a week.

 Duo PT Sessions

  • Do you want to tackle this with your partner in crime? Are you and a friend going to the same event together?
  • Duo PT is for two people wanting to share a session.
  • You get one hour per week with me for 12 weeks where you will both be able to achieve your goals and have fun at the same time.
    • Pay as you go sessions also available.

 Group PT Sessions

  • If you don’t want to train alone or you want to get in shape with your friends, then why not join Group Personal Training sessions.
  • If your competitive, you can challenge and push each other towards your goals. If you work better with the support and encouragement of your friends then I will adapt your training session to suit.
    • Pay as you go sessions only.
