Natalie is lovely. She certainly knows her stuff and does not bully or intimidate. She is encouraging and motivational and I look forward to my sessions with her. Whatever your goals she will help you to achieve them.
Great workouts sympathetically designed even for an old giffer like me!! My fitness and tone are miles better and (hopefully) I’ll reach one of my goals, running a 5k in May.

I have worked with Natalie for nearly four years. I am a different shape, am fitter, stronger and have more confidence than I have had for a long time.. My only regret is not doing it sooner. Training is something everyone should try. It involves commitment and effort, but I have never been asked to do something Natalie did not believe I couldn’t do. I need pushing, and though there have been times I have hesitated going to a session, I have never regretted going and am amazed at what I can do. Natalie has a wealth of knowledge and whatever your condition, she can work with it, so do not let that put you off. Set a goal and let her guide you. It’s addictive and, dare I say it, fun!
Natalie became my trainer when I returned to serious exercise some four years ago. She gave me the knowledge and motivation to loose nearly 30 kilos and the confidence to enter a range of suitable fun events such as mud running, triathlons and road cycling to give my training an edge. Natalie has a lovely personality, which makes training with her fun, combined with a gentle persistence which ensures you keep training. She knows how to design effective training which keeps you motivated and gets results. More recently I decided to qualify as a Fitness Instructor and then as a Personal Trainer myself . Natalie generously helped me to pass my first practical exam and although I am no longer her client she has continued to offer me valuable support as I joined the industry. I can recommend Natalie without any hesitation no matter whether you want to get a bit fitter, lose some weight or train for a particular sport.
I trained with Natalie for over a year she was brilliant, always interesting sessions, never the same twice and tailored to my needs as a slightly more senior person with dodgy knees. I wish her every success and highly recommend her.
